What began as a vision in the basement of founder, Jack Mascaro, has grown into the region’s most trusted construction partners — known for our hands‑on leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to doing what’s right, not just what’s easy.

Developing quite the history, we’ve expanded our capabilities, strengthened our teams, and delivered projects that shape communities across Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and beyond. Through it all, our values have remained the same.
