On-Site Project Management
Our on-site team oversees daily construction activities, supporting safe operations, quality workmanship and coordination across all trades. With a constant field presence, we identify and resolve issues early to keep the project moving.
Project Communication and Meetings
We lead regular project meetings, including owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings, to keep all stakeholders aligned. Decisions are tracked, issues are addressed and priorities remain clear through consistent communication and documentation.
Scheduling
We manage the project schedule as a living tool. Through updates, look-ahead planning and scenario analysis, we identify risks early and keep the project aligned with key milestones.
Schedule Reporting
Using tools such as Primavera, we provide CPM schedules, short-term look-aheads and clear reporting so the team has visibility into progress, critical paths and upcoming work.
Cost Control
We track project financials in real time, including labor, materials and changes. Our process supports accurate forecasting and clear reporting throughout construction.
Contingency Management

Our Site-Specific Quality Control Plan (SSQCP) helps ensure work meets defined standards. Through inspections, testing and coordination, we maintain consistent quality in the field.

Closeout & Turnover
Commissioning and Closeout
We plan for commissioning and closeout early to support a smooth transition at completion. This includes system testing, documentation and coordination to confirm the building operates as intended.
Rolling Punch List Management
We track punch list items throughout construction, addressing issues as they arise to help reduce delays at the end of the project.
Owner Training and Turnover
