This four-acre revitalization project created outdoor civic space in downtown Pittsburgh, including improvements to Fort Duquesne Boulevard to 8th Avenue and Penn Avenue. Mascaro also developed the infrastructure of the site, including underground storm chambers, new drainage features for stormwater, new irrigation systems, and electrical systems for power to support festivals and performances as well as all new lighting.
